Intradistrict Transfer Requests (within PRSD)
Pleasant Ridge School District is home to two elementary schools: Alta Sierra and Cottage Hill. Families are expected to attend the elementary school whose boundaries they live within. If you are not sure of which, you may call the school secretary or the District Office.
To request attendance at the school that is not in your attendance area but may be more convenient for a variety of reasons, please submit the following form to your resident school secretary or to the District Office:
As long as space permits at the school of choice and the terms of the Intradistrict Performance Contract are followed, the student may remain in attendance on the Intradistrict transfer through 5th grade.
If the student does not follow the terms of the contract, the Intradistrict Attendance Agreement may be immediately terminated. The student will be withdrawn from the requested school and enrolled in the school of their residence.
